I couldn't agree more. What I find especially egregious is things like myspace profiles that have 2 songs, 3 videos, a youTube video and 3 or 4 slide shows - all loading at the same time. I have had my browser freeze and even my whole sytem freeze because of the resources being eaten up. Worst though, as you say, is forcing unwanted music on the viewer - particularly if that viewer already happens to be listening to something they WANT to listen to. JB Exactly.
