Dealing with Paypal

I am having a little of a problem with Paypal.

So I registered my credit card to be a verified account holder. Now, they want me to send them more documents to have a proof of name and proof of address. Fine. I am doing that but Paypal’s uploading page (the page where you are supposed to upload your dox) is so slow. Super slow! Then once I uploaded everything and clicked on the “Send File to Paypal” button, I get the start page! I did the same thing like 5 times already.

I want the matter to be resolve soon but it looks like Paypal’s site is not cooperating with me. Grrr!
